Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow our presence in Latvia and Lithuania.

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Malmerk’s innovative product platform.

  • Travel regularly within the Baltic region to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

  • Fluency in English and Russian; basic communication in Estonian or Lithuanian is a plus.

  • No prior construction experience needed — technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
