We're looking for Lead Quality Engineer!

Develop and manage an effect
Develop and manage an effective quality management system and assurance program
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, industry standards, and Company specifications
Continuous improvement and development of quality processes considering IATF rules, CSR, and industry best practices
Provide quality guidance and support to departments such as Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering
Utilize problem-solving tools and techniques, statistical analysis, and inspection equipment and techniques
Act as a key link between different international units in PKC Europe & South America
Collaborate with the Quality Director and the quality team to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
Conduct training and internal audits in plants in the region and provide on-site support
Regular travel approximately twice a month, including to locations such as Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, and across Europe

A miminum of 3 years Industry-related experience, with experience in Quality Management or Quality Control activities (Quality Engineer, Quality Specialist, Quality Team Leader, Auditor or similar)
Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with VDA standards and certification is a plus
