Amphenol ConneXus OÜ are seeking a dedicated Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee logistics operations

Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and monitor transportation processes.

Input information about incoming shipments into the designated database.
·
Verify the accuracy of invoices from transport and customs brokers.
·
Review and submit documents to the Statistics Department.
·
Guide and oversee customs agencies regarding goods declarations.
·
Resolve issues arising at customs.
·
Operate in accordance with quality system requirements.
·
Monitor critical component transportation processes and communicate updates.
·
Oversee, organize, and monitor the movement of exported and imported goods, informing other departments as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, particularly with customs formalities.

Excellent command of English; proficiency in Estonian and Russian at a conversational level.
·
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
·
Familiarity with quality systems and audit participation is a plus.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
