What you’ll do:
Lead development on both front-end and back-end projects
Build and manage databases and integrations that power our operations
Develop features that make our digital tools smarter and more efficient
Collaborate on architectural decisions and introduce innovative solutions
What you bring to the table:
3+ years of experience with Node.js and React
Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
SQL expertise, including complex queries
Bonus points for Redis experience, infrastructure know-how, or DriveWorks exposure
Fluency in Estonian
Readiness for hybrid work (work from the office 3 days a week)
