Who are we looking for
Good command of English both in speech and writing, additionally Estonian is a plus
Previous experience working with customer-oriented products, experience in mechatronics is preferred
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP software, digital competence
You are proactive, self-motivated and always hands on with excellent communication skills
Higher education and previous experience in similar field
Main responsibilities and tasks
Systematic coordination and leadership of international service teams
Combining the best service experience and knowledge of subsidiaries into a whole
Finding suitable service solutions for new markets, service partners and participation in key personnel recruitment processes
Coordinating after-sales service activities and necessary developments, also spare parts delivery and storage process
